ADMINISTRATION UPDATE TIMING
January 8, 2022
Most of the original FOGBEE Administration Documents and Manuals were dated in
2011 to 2012. All that content is out-of-date and may give incorrect records.
All of that content is being reviewed, reexamined, revised, or obsoleted for new
usage in 2022. This reference details the timing of those changes.
On December 14, 2021, all changes and updates are now DATED.
Anything without a date or dated (Last Modified on Google Drive, Administration
folder) prior to December 14th should be discounted until revised.

Mike, Just a couple of ideas as you work on the FOGBEE blog and email.
1) You are now the administrator for the email replacing me.
I used to check it once every other week and reply as needed. That will be you. Okay?
2) Now that you can get into the Admin Folder in Google Drive, check out the
Manual sub-folder. I have documented how to administer every FOGBEE Internet task.
3) You need to decide what you want to do with membership.
I haven’t updated it in three or four years.
The member database (about 300) is in MailChimp.
We have about 70 authors in blog. I haven’t updated the ICE in about three years.
4) In the website, I have updated very little in the promotions in three or four years
because I haven’t participated. You have done a lot (e.g. the farm) that needs.
You need to update Shutterfly, YouTube, and website page updates.
